Our aim is to make your business more efficient and effective.

We are a group of qualified finance professionals with extensive experience in multiple organisations. We are different to most accountants and bookkeepers used by small and medium sized organisations. We bridge the gap between finance and IT, and we work with all areas of your business to deliver cost beneficial services and solutions.

We have worked within large companies for many years and have spent this time developing accounting teams, processes and systems. The thing that really frustrates us is that accounting is often portrayed as being complicated - it really doesn't need to be!

Our experience is in simplifying and streamlining all aspects of accounting processes and we set up YellowBrix with the aim of helping businesses to work more efficiently and effectively. Unlike a traditional accountant or bookkeeper we provide a more holistic service.

Bookkeeping to your Yearly accounts – we can help you to make full use of the functionality of your existing accounting system to make it easier to keep records and produce accounts; or we can migrate your data to a cloud based accounting system allowing you to input and view data from a variety of platforms; you can also use one of our bookkeepers if you don’t have the time or staff to do it within your company.
Budgeting and planning – we can help set budgets and targets which will allow you to create a focus for the direction of your business and ultimately help your business grow; we can also help to create business plans for potential investors.
Understanding your performance and making informed decisions - we can analyse your business and help you understand where you are making money and where you are losing money. We can help you put actions in place to improve performance.
Cash flow - cash is the most important thing to be in control of and we can set up reports so that you can monitor and predict your cash flow; we can work with you to put things in place so that the risk of having negative cash flow is minimised.
Payroll – if you have any employees we have a competitive price per employee for a complete payroll service.
Tax and company structure advice – we have access to experts who can give you the tailored advice for your circumstances.
Training and coaching in Microsoft applications (Including Office 365) and cloud accounting software – applications like Excel have grown in functionality over the years, and there is so much more you can do with them to increase efficiency and productivity.
